Shipping and Return Policy

Order Process:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. It usually takes 3-7 days for us to dispatch the package in April-October. An Email will be sent to you when your order is on the way! Winter Season(November-March): It usually takes 7-14 days for us to dispatch the package.

Store Pickup:

Orders can be picked up at JooSoap Studio Helsinki between April-October. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You need to book a visiting time online.

Delivery in Finland:

We do not ship outside of Finland.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Delivery through Posti (Posti Outlet or Parcel Locker) or Matkahuolto (service point/locker). When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Returns and refunds:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Customized products are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
